FLUIDIZED BED BOILER

This is a technique of combustion of solid fuel or biomass with full turbulence in an ash fuel mixture under the influence of air pressure up to temperatures of 900°C. This type of combustion systems are named as fluidized bed burner since the ash fuel mixture at these temperatures acts as on the fluid’s dynamics.

Fluidized bed boilers have been used especially for burning low calorie lignite coal. There is no emission problem with a well-designed, full automated-driven fluidized bed boilers.
